2%夫西地酸乳膏治疗细菌感染性皮肤病的疗效及安全性分析

Analysis of efficacy and safety of 2% Fusidic acid cream in treatment of skin disease bacterial infections

目的分析研究对细菌感染性皮肤病患者采用2%夫西地酸乳膏的疗效及安全性。方法抽取2015年1月—2015年8月的60例治疗细菌感染性皮肤病患者进行分组研究,随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例,对照组采用2%莫匹罗星软膏,观察组采用2%夫西地酸软膏,对比两组患者治疗效果、治疗前后严重程度指数评分变化情况、瘙痒评分及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为93.33%,对照组为86.67%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前观察组EASI评分和瘙痒评分与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组两项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用2%夫西地酸乳膏治疗细菌感染性皮肤病患者效果显著,可有效改善患者瘙痒程度及病情程度,对提高治疗效果有重要意义,并且不良反应发生率较低,安全性较高。

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of 2% Fusidic acid cream on bacterial infection of skin disease patients. Methods Totally 60 patients with bacterial infectious skin disease in our hospital from January 2015 to August 2015 were divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The control group was given 2% Mupirocin Ointment,the observation group with 2% fusidic acid cream. Compared with the two groups of patients with treatment effect, before and after treatment severity index score changes, itching score and adverse reactions occurred. Re- suits In the observation group,the total effective rate was 93.33% ,the control group was 86. 67% ,there was no signifi- cant difference between groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Before treatment, there was no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ） between the EASI score and pruritus score in the observation group compared with the control group, and the difference was statistical- ly significant （P 〈 O. 05） in the two groups after treatment. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The 2% Fusidic sour cream in the treatment of bacterial infection has a significant effect in patients with skin disease can ef- fectively improve the patients with pruritus and disease severity and to improve the treatment effect is significant, and in- cidence of adverse reactions was low, high security.
