摘要
十多年来,在使用真空镀膜机专用上盘车的过程中,发现其生产使用成本比较高、适用机型范围和使用场地的局限性等问题。针对该类问题,分析上盘车主要的性能要求,进行优化设计,研制一种简易的上盘结构。新设计的结构,结构简单,使用方便,制造成本低,生产场地节约明显,适用机型范围更广,操作省时省工,生产效率提高。实践验证,该结构性能满足使用要求,应用效果和综合效益提高明显。
In the past decade, in use of loading tool-car of vacuum coating machine, we found that the production cost is relatively high with limited scope of applicable models and workshop. Aiming at such problems, the main performance requirements of the loading tool-car are analyzed, an optimum design is carried out, and a simple hanging plate structure was developed. The structure of the new design has the advantages of simple structure, convenient use, low manufacturing cost, obvious production site saving, wide range of applicable type machines, time-saving operation, labor saving and improved production efficiency. It is indicated that the performance of the structure meets the requirement of use, and the application effect and comprehensive benefit are improved obviously.
