摘要
利用ANSYS Workbench对某装置中设计的真空管道进行了屈曲分析,并把有限元分析结果和解析法计算结果进行对比,验证了有限元屈曲分析的可靠性。同时,提出真空管道优化设计方法,并对优化结果进行校核。计算结果表明:通过合理设置加强圈,既能有效提高真空管道抗外压失稳能力,又能减轻管道重量,从而显著降低制造成本。
In this paper, the buckling analysis of vacuum pipe designed in a device is carried out by using ANSYS Workbench. The reliability of finite element buckling analysis is verified by comparing the results of finite element analysis with analytical method. Meanwhile, an optimum design method for vacuum pipe is proposed and the optimization resuh is checked. The result shows that by designing appropriate stiffening rings, it can both raise the critical instability pressure and decrease the weight for vacuum pipe effectively, thus giving a significant reduction in manufacturing costs.
