真空热处理设备PLC温控系统设计

摘要 真空热处理设备应用越来越广泛,一般都需要外购温控表控制温度。本文设计了PLC温控系统,在设备自带PLC中利用PID模块设计控温系统,无需外购温控表,大大减少设备成本并降低故障发生。同时,把温控程序与真空设备原有程序放在一个软件系统里编程,可减少通讯线路,系统运行稳定,反应迅速。 Vacuum heat treatment equipments are widely used, which generally need to control the temperature outside temperature table. The PLC control system was designed in this paper and in the equipment the onboard PLC using PID module design of temperature control system, without outsourcing temperature control meter, greatly reducing equipment costs. At the same time, the temperature control program and the original program of the vacuum equipment in a software system programming, can reduce the communication line, the system is stable, rapid response.
