摘要
真空系统作为空间环境模拟器的重要组成部分,其一般分为粗抽与高真空两部分,在航天器热试验过程中起着模拟空间真空背景的关键作用,一旦热试验过程中真空度出现异常,不但试验无法进行,甚至可能对航天器造成危害。本文针对大型环境模拟器试验粗抽阶段的真空度异常诊断方法进行研究,开发了真空度异常诊断系统,并将其应用在了KM7A空间环境模拟器上,取得了良好的效果。
As an important component of space environmental simulator, vacuum systemis generally divided into roughing and high vacuum, which plays a key role of simulating space vacuum background in the course of spacecraft thermal test. Once there is an anomaly with vacuum degree, it would not only make the test impossible but even cause damage to spacecraft. In this work, we study vacuum anomaly diagnostic method for roughing o.f large environmental simulator test, developvacuum anomaly diagnostic system and apply it to space environmental simulator KMTA, which achieves good results.
