网络环境下高校图书馆科技文献元数据库的构建

资源的有效组织与高效管理是图书馆的一项重要职能,如何从广泛丰富、良莠不齐的网络信息源中快速、精准地挖掘出高校科研工作者所需要的科技文献资料是当前图书馆面临的重要课题。阐述了科技文献元数据库在提高图书馆服务能力中的作用、意义及特点,提出了基于本地存储模式的科技文献元数据库的建设路径及建设方法。

Effective organization and efficient management of resources is an important function of library,how to quickly and accurately dig out the scientific and technical literature data needed by university researchers from the wide,rich and varied network information sources is an important subject faced by library.This paper expounds the function,significance and characteristics of the scientific literature meta database in improving the service ability of library,puts forward the construction path and construction method of scientific literature meta database based on local storage mode.
