超硬磨料冲击韧性测定方法

Test method of impact toughness index of superabrasives

GB/T 33144—2016《超硬磨料冲击韧性测定方法》国家标准于2016年10月13日由国家质量监督检验检疫总局和国家标准化管理委员会批准发布,2017年5月1日起实施。该标准规定了粒度号为20/25~325/400的人造金刚石磨料和粒度号为30/40~325/400的立方氮化硼磨料的冲击韧性(TI)和热冲击韧性(TTI)测定方法。本文对该标准的技术内容进行了详细阐述,以期标准使用者能更好地理解和贯彻执行该标准。

The national standard, GB/T 33144-2016 Superabrasives -Test method of impact toughnes.s index, has been approved and issued by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the P.R. C and Standardization Administration of China in October 13, 2016. The date of this standard implementation is May 1, 2017. The standard specifies a test method of impact toughness index（TI） and thermal impact toughness index（TTI） of synthetic diamond for grit designation 20/25 to 325/ 400 and cubic boron nitride for grit designation 30/40 to 325/400. In this paper, we elaborate the technical contents of this standard in detail, so that the users can understand and carry out the standard better.
