摘要
研究红茂草生物碱对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌作用,测定其生长曲线、最小抑菌浓度、抑菌率及半数抑菌浓度,并检测了金黄色葡萄球菌膜通透性和形态变化。结果表明,红茂草生物碱对金黄色葡萄球菌具有较强的抑菌作用,其最小抑菌浓度为0.35 mg/m L,半数抑菌浓度为0.214 mg/m L。红茂草生物碱可改变金黄色葡萄球菌的细胞形态,显微观察发现菌体变形缢裂。
Antimicrobial properties of alkoliods from Dicranostigma leptopodum(Maxim.)Fedde on Staphylococcus aureus were explored,its growth curve,minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC),antibacterial rate and half inhibitory concentration(IC50),cell permeability and morphological changes were measured. The results showed that Dicranostigma leptopodum(Maxim.) Fedde alkoliods has strong inhibitive effect on Staphylococcus aureus with 0.35 mg·mL-1 of MIC and 0.214 mg·mL-1 of IC50,respectively.Cell morphological changes and deformation nuclear crack were observed when treated by Dicranostigma leptopodum(Maxim.)Fedde alkoliods.
