常用抗生素对畜禽主要病原菌体外抑菌活性研究

Study on bactriostatic activity of antibiotic on some commonly pathogenic bacteria of domestic livestock in vitro

为了检测临床常用药物青霉素、头孢唑林钠和环丙沙星对畜禽常见病原菌体外抑菌效果,本试验采用试管2倍稀释法对3种抗生素进行了畜禽常见的18种病原菌体外抑菌活性试验。结果表明,大部分畜禽常见病原菌对青霉素和头孢唑林钠均产生了一定的耐药性,而环丙沙星除对猪胃肠炎沙门氏菌表现为耐药外,对其它17种病原菌均表现为敏感和中度敏感。该结果对临床合理用药具有一定的指导意义。

In order to provide the basis for clinical treatment,the antimicrobial effects of Penicillin,Cefazolin sodium and Ciprofloxacin to common pathogens of livestock were tested. The bacteriostasis in vitro activity of three kinds of antibiotics against18 commonly pathogenic bacteria in livestock and poultry was determined with double dilution method in tubes. The results showed that most of 18 commonly pathogenic bacteria produced resistance to Penicillin and Cefazolin sodium,while Ciprofloxacin showed moderately sensitive and sensitive in other 17 pathogenic bacteria except the swine gastritis salmonella. Over all,the antibacterial effect of Ciprofloxacin was much better than Cefazolin sodium and Penicillin. The results of this experiment have great guiding significance to the clinical rational drug use.
