摘要
目的:考察银翘蓝芩口服液中黄芩苷HPLC含量测定方法的耐用性。方法:采用单因素法,考察色谱柱、柱温、流速、流动相比例和pH值等对分离度、理论板数的影响。结果:常用的不同品牌及规格的C_(18)色谱柱以及柱温、流速和pH值发生微小变动时,均能实现样品中黄芩苷的有效分离,符合系统适用性的要求;但当流动相中甲醇的比例提高至50%时,不能实现样品中黄芩苷与其他成分的有效分离,在检测过程中应予以注意。结论:该方法稳定性好,可用于银翘蓝芩口服液中黄芩苷的含量测定。
To study the method ruggedness of baicalin determination in Yinqiao Lanqin oral liquid by HPLC. Methods: Effects of HPLC column with different brand and size,column temperature,flow,methanol percent and p H in mobile phase on separation and number of theoretical plates were investigated through single factor design. Results: The results showed that baicalin could be separated and determined by the common C18 columns. Separation and determination of baicalin could not be influenced by tiny changes of column temperature,flow and p H in mobile phase. However,baicalin could not be separated from other components when methanol percent in mobile phase was higher than 50%. Conclusion: The mentioned HPLC method with high stability could be employed to determine baicalin in Yinqiao Lanqin oral liquid.
