According to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC), the Party will seriously fulfill its solemn commitments to win the tough battle of poverty alleviation and build an all-round moderately prosperous society for people all over the country including poor people living in poor places. To eliminate poverty is always a major political task and a plan of foremost importance for people's livelihood for the CPC Changiqng District Committee and District Government.
