Comparative Study on Settlement and Payment of Project Price under DBB Model and EPC Mode

工程价款的结算与支付关乎业主和承包商的直接利益,是工程项目中重要的一个环节。选取较为典型的DBB模式与EPC总承包模式两种发承包模式,首先,分析两种模式下的合同价格类型及发承包双方应承担的风险责任;其次,结合分析结果与相应的法律法规文件得出了两种发承包模式下工程价款结算的原理;最后,分析两种模式下工程价款支付的程序。研究结果为从事工程结算的实践工作者提供参考。

The settlement and payment of the project price directly relate to the interests of the owner and the contractor,and is an important link in the project. Selecting two typical contracting modes of DBB model and EPC model,the paper analyzes the contract price type and the risk responsibility of both sides of two modes. Then,according to the analysis results and the corresponding laws and regulations documents,obtains the principle of the settlement and payment of the project price. Finally,analyzes the procedure of payment of project price under two modes. The research results can provide reference for practical workers engaged in engineering settlement.
