Research on the Risk Management of Contract Interface in Large Construction Project

基于界面管理理论和风险管理理论,提出合同界面风险的概念和构成要素,探讨合同界面风险管理的内涵。构建大型建设工程项目合同界面风险管理的框架模型,并从组织保障、制度约束、技术支持、文化引导、利益驱动和信任机制方面提出政策建议,为项目业主和参建各方进行合同界面风险管理提供借鉴。

Based on interface management theory and risk management theory,this paper proposes the concept of contract interface risk and its component elements,discusses the connotation. Then,builds the framework model of contract interface risk management in large construction project,also proposes some suggestions from aspect of organization guarantee,institutional constraints,technical support,project culture,benefit driven and trust mechanism, in order to provide references for project owners and the participation of all parties.
