通过对国内外公立医院PPP项目相关文献和案例分析,总结公立医院PPP项目的特点及设计投资回报机制流程的重要意义,提出公立医院PPP项目投资回报机制的方式和适用范围,设计公立医院PPP项目的投资回报机制的流程,并阐述相关设计要点,为我国公立医院PPP项目的发展提供借鉴。

Based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign documents and cases about public hospital PPP projects,this paper sums up the characteristics of public hospital PPP projects and the importance of designing the process of investment-return mechanism. Then,puts forward the methods and the applicable scope of public hospital PPP projects investment-return mechanism,designs the process of public hospital PPP project return on investment mechanism,and expounds the key points of the design,in order to provide effective help for the development of PPP project of public hospital in China.
