文化旅游产业的发展潜力研究——以鄂尔多斯市为例

On Development Potential of Cultural Tourism Industry——A Case Study of Ordos

文章利用层次分析法,从资源价值、景点条件和旅游条件三个方面筛选出文化价值、生态环境、交通条件等7个要素18个因子建立评价体系,并通过德尔菲法获得各要素和因子权重。运用上述评价体系对鄂尔多斯市文化旅游产业的发展潜力进行测度和评价。结果显示:鄂尔多斯市文化旅游资源价值、景点条件和旅游条件的权重分别为0.493 4、0.310 8和0.195 8。其历史文化价值、完整性、环境容量和规模丰度等几个因子得分较高,而交通费用、知名度、目标消费群体及市场规模得分较低。据此,文章提出应从发挥资源价值、改进景点条件及改善旅游条件等方面对文化旅游产业的发展进行规范和提升。

Adopting the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) method, this paper tried to construct an evaluation system for the cultural tourism industry in Ordos. The evaluation system was established by choosing resource value,attractions conditions and travel conditions. Cultural values, environment, traffic conditions and other 18 elements and 7 factors were utilized to construct the evaluation system. Delphi method was also used to get factor weights.Results of the evaluation showed that the weights of cultural tourism resource value, attractions conditions and tourist conditions in Ordos were 0.4934, 0.3108 and 0.1958. The scores of historical and cultural value, integrity,environmental capacity and scale of abundance were relatively high, while the scores of transportation costs,visibility, target consumer groups and market size were low. The article suggests that the development of cultural tourism industry should be standardized and promoted from the aspects of resource value, improvement of scenic spot condition and improving tourism conditions.
