模拟案例演练在产科危重症培训中的应用价值

Application Value of Simulated Case Exercises in Critical Care Training in Obstetrics Department

目的探究模拟案例演练在产科危重症培训中的应用价值。方法选取2016年9月-2017年9月,我院产科工作人员7名组一个团队为研究对象,实施产科危重症患者案例模拟演练操作,对比培训前后护理人员对危重症知识的掌握程度、专业技能水平及评判性思维能力。结果培训后产科护理人员的危重症知识的掌握程度及专业技能水平及评判性思维能力均较培训前有所提高(P<0.05)。结论针对我院产科护理人员进行危重症案例模拟演练,提升专业技能水平、促进相关知识的掌握,同时提高医护人员对危重症疾病的辨别及处理能力。

Objective To explore the application value of simulation case exercises in obstetric critical illness training.Methods From September 2016 to September 2017,7 cases of the obstetric staff in our hospital as the research objects,and critically ill patients in cases of the implementation of simulation operation,contrast before and after the training of nursing staff on critically ill knowledge,professional skills and critical thinking ability.Results The mastery degree of critical illness knowledge,professional skills and critical thinking ability of obstetric nursing staff after training were improved compared with before training（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In order to improve the level of professional skills and promote the masteryof related knowledge,we should improve the skills of medical staff in the identification and treatment of critical illness.
