血常规检查在贫血及白细胞减少症筛查中临床意义

Clinically Significant of Blood Routine Examinations in the Screening for Anemia and Leukocyte Reduction

目的分析血常规检查在贫血及白细胞减少症筛查上的应用价值。方法选择我院2016年1月-2017年1月期间体检的500例人员,随机各抽检200例不同性别体检者,利用全自动血细胞分析仪进行血常规指标检测,对比观察白细胞减少症及贫血患者数量差异,以及血常规指标差异。结果 400例体检患者中,整体筛选血常规指标均值差异不显著(P>0.05);不同性别体检者,个体贫血筛选女性高于男性,差异显著(P<0.05),血红蛋白及红细胞数差异显著(P<0.05),白细胞数差异显著;在白细胞减少症个体筛选中,白细胞减少症患者数量与性别无相关性,但是不同性别患者在白细胞数及红细胞数方面差异显著(P<0.05)。结论从整体很难筛选出,通过个体筛选,有效得知性别与贫血及白细胞减少症比例无相关性,然而血常规指标与贫血及白细胞减少症比例有相关性,通过血常规检查,可以为贫血、白细胞减少症的诊断提供依据。

Objective To analyze the value of blood routine examination in the screening of anemia and leukopenia. Methods 500 patients were randomly selected from January 2016 to January 2017,and 200 cases of different sex subjects were randomly sampled.Blood samples were collected by automatic blood cell analyzer.The results were compared with those of leukopenia.The number of anemia patients,and differences in blood parameters.Results There were no significant differences in the mean value of blood samples between the four groups（P〈0.05）.There was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.There were significant differences in hemoglobin and erythrocyte numbers between the two groups（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in white blood cell count between the two groups.However,there was no significant difference in the number of leukopenia patients between the two groups,but there were significant differences in white blood cell count and erythrocyte number between different sexes（P〈0.05）.Conclusion It is difficult to screen out from the whole,through individual screening,effectively learned that gender and anemia and leukopenia ratio is not related,but the blood routine indicators and anemia and leukopenia ratio has a correlation,through blood tests,can be Anemia,leukopenia to provide a basis for diagnosis.
