探究螺旋CT诊断肺癌的临床应用价值

The Clinical Value of Spiral CT in Diagnosis of Lung Cancer

目的探讨螺旋CT诊断肺癌的临床应用价值。方法选取2016年2月-2017年2月收治我院的64例肺癌患者为研究对象。对所有患者进行螺旋CT检查,回顾分析患者检查结果。结果经螺旋CT检查,肺癌患者管壁增厚、阻塞性病变、腔内外病变、转移性病变检查率分别为32.81%、48.44%、9.38%、9.38%,与病理诊断检查率无明显差异(P>0.05);经螺旋CT检查,肺癌患者检查准确率为96.88%,病理诊断确诊为肺癌准确率为95.31%,两种诊断结果差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论螺旋CT对于诊断肺癌准确率较高,安全性高,且快捷简便,为临床治疗提供可靠依据,值得推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of spiral CT in the diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods 64 patients with lung cancer who were treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February-2017 were selected as the research objects. All patients were examined by spiral CT, and the results of the patients were analyzed retrospectively. Results The spiral CT examination of patients with lung cancer, wall thickening, occlusion, cavity lesion and metastatic lesion examination rate were 32.81%, 48.44%, 9.38%, 9.38%, and check the pathological diagnosis rate was no significant difference（P〈0.05）; Checked by spiral CT examination of patients with lung cancer, the accurate rate was 96.88%, pathological diagnosis lung cancer diagnosed accuracy rate is 95.31%, two kinds of diagnostic results were not significantly different（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Spiral CT has high accuracy, high safety, fast and simple for the diagnosis of lung cancer. It provides reliable basis for clinical treatment, and is worthy of popularization and application.
