摘要
目的比较利用星型高精密度磁电双定位标测导管PentaRay和肺静脉电位标测导管(Lasso)行阵发性房颤射频消融的差别。方法选取30例阵发性房颤患者分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用PentaRay标测导管;对照组采用Lasso标测导管;比较两组患者各项指标。结果实验组的手术时间、标测时间、X线曝光时间较对照组短;两组消融时间无差异;实验组3个月时行动态心电图仍维持窦性心律比率与对照组相似。结论PentaRay可以代替Lasso进行阵发性房颤射频消融术,其快速、有效的特点在本研究中得到验证。
Objective To compare PentaRay and Lasso the difference of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation radiofrequency ablation. Methods 30 cases of patients were selected and divided into two groups, the experimental group used PentaRay and the control group used Lasso, all index were compared. Results The operation time, standard time measurement, X-ray exposure time in the experimental group were had a significant difference between two group, there were no significant difference in melting time between two groups, and ECG still maintain sinus rhythm ratio had no significant difference between two group. Conclusion PentaRay can replace Lasso for paroxysmal atrial fibrillation radiofrequency ablation, the characteristic of its rapid, effective in this study.
