摘要
目的探讨早孕人工流产后行盆底电生理治疗促进子宫内膜修复的临床效果。方法选择在我院门诊要求人工流产终止妊娠的育龄女性401例,随机分为两组:治疗组201例为术后采用盆底电生理治疗,对照组200例术后未采用盆底电生理治疗。观察两组术后有无月经量减少、宫腔粘连、首次月经复潮时间、子宫内膜厚度及术后再次妊娠率。结果治疗组术后月经量减少率为4.98%,宫腔粘连率为0.50%,明显低于对照组的25.50%及6.00%,术后首次月经复潮时间为(26.5±2.5)d,明显短于对照组的(38.1±2.1)d,子宫内膜厚度为(9.26±0.96)mm,再次妊娠率为15.42%,明显高于对照组的(6.86±0.93)mm及7.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盆底电生理治疗能促进人流术后子宫内膜修复及促进月经恢复,是一种安全、有效、无创、易实施的治疗方法,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pelvic floor electrophysiological treatment on promoting endometrium repair after early abortion operation. Methods 401 cases of women of childbearing age required induced abortion in our hospital outpatient service were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group(n=201) used the pelvic floor electrophysiological treatment after abortion operation, while the control group(n=200) unused the pelvic floor electrophysiological treatment after abortion operation. Presence of menstrual quantity decreases after abortion, intrauterine adhesion, the first menstruation recovery time, endometrial thickness and the pregnancy rates again after abortion were compared between the two groups. Results Menstrual quantity decreases rate in the treatment group was 4.98%, and the rate of intrauterine adhesion after abortion was 0.50%, they were significantly lower than the 25.50% and 6.00% of control group, the first menstruation recovery time was(26.5±2.5)d, and it was significantly shorter than(38.1±2.1)d of control group, endometrial thickness was(9.26±0.96)mm, and the pregnancy rate again was 15.42%, they were significantly higher than(6.86±0.93)mm and 7.50% of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The pelvic floor electrophysiological treatment would be promoting the recovery of endometrium and menstruation after abortion, and the treatment was safe, effective, noninvasive and easy to be implemented; So the pelvic floor electrophysiological treatment should be applied widely in clinical.
