正畸联合修复治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形的临床观察

Clinical Effect Observation of Orthodontic Combined with Repair in Treatment of Malocclusion With Dentition Defect

目的探讨正畸联合修复对牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形的治疗效果。方法抽取我院2014年3月-2016年3月收治的120例牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规修复方案,观察组采用正畸联合修复方案,比较两组临床效果。结果对照组治疗优良率为75.0%,观察组治疗优良率为90.0%,差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较两组患者满意率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正畸联合修复治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形临床效果明显,安全性高,不良反应少,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of orthodontic combined with repair in treatment of dentition defect accompanied with malocclusion. Methods 120 cases of dentition defect accompanied with dental malocclusion in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 as the research object, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation program, the observation group was treated with orthodontic combined remediation scheme, the clinical effect of two groups was compared.Results The control group treatment excellent rate was 75.0%, the excellent rate of observation group was 90.0 %, significant difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; The satisfaction rate was compared between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. ConclusionThe clinical effect of orthodontic combined with repair in treatment of dentition defect accompanied with malocclusion is good, high safety, less adverse reactions, it is worthy of popularization and application.
