自拟化瘀消炎汤联合头孢曲松治疗慢性盆腔炎

Self-made Huayu Xiaoyan Decoction Combined With Ceftriaxone in the Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的探讨自拟化瘀消炎汤联合头孢曲松治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法选取2012年3月-2017年3月我院收治的96例慢性盆腔炎患者,采用抽签法将其随机分成两组,各48例。对照组采用头孢曲松治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用自拟化瘀消炎汤治疗,10 d后比较两组患者治疗前后的超声检查结果及临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组盆腔积液和炎性包块人数均明显少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率93.75%明显优于对照组的77.08%(P<0.05)。结论采用自拟化瘀消炎汤联合头孢曲松治疗慢性盆腔炎能够有效改善患者病况,效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of self-made Huayu Xiaoyan decoction combined with ceftriaxone in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods 96 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected from March 2012 to March 2017 in our hospital. They were randomly divided into two groups with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with ceftriaxone, the observation group was treated with Huayu Xiaoyan Decoction on the basis of the control group, and the ultrasonic examination results and clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment were compared after 10 d. Results After treatment, the number of pelvic effusion and inflammatory mass in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group（P〈0.05）; The effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%, which was significantly better than that of the control group（77.08%）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of self-made Huayu Xiaoyan Decoction combined with ceftriaxone can effectively improve the patient＇s condition, treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
