中医保健干预对脾虚体质儿童生长发育的效果评价

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Care on Growth and Development of Children with Spleen Deficiency

目的探究中医保健干预对脾虚体质儿童生长发育的效果。方法收集200例2016年1月-2017年1月脾虚体质儿童,根据随机表分组。对照组给予西医保健方案;中医保健组则在对照组基础上结合中医保健干预。比较两组患者脾虚体质改善率;治疗后体格发育相关指标情况;发病率。结果中医保健组患者脾虚体质改善率比对照组高(P<0.05)。对照组改善有78例,未改善22例,中医保健组改善有97例,未改善3例,差异显著。中医保健组治疗后体格发育相关指标情况比对照组好(P<0.05);中医保健组发病率比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论中医保健干预对脾虚体质儿童生长发育的效果确切,可有效逆转脾虚体质,促进儿童健康生长发育,减少疾病发病率,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） health intervention on the growth and development of children with spleen deficiency constitution. Methods A total of 200 children with spleen-deficiency constitution from January 2016 to January 2017 were collected and divided into groups according to random table. The control group was given western medicine health care program; the traditional Chinese medicine health care group was combined with the traditional Chinese medicine health care intervention on the basis of the control group. Comparison of the two groups of patients with spleen physical constitution improvement rate; physical development related indicators after treatment; morbidity. Results The improvement rate of spleen constitution in TCM health care group was higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）. The control group improved in 78 cases, no improvement in 22 cases, the TCM health care group improved 97 cases, 3 cases did not improve, the difference was significant. The indexes of physical development in TCM health care group were better than those in control group（P〈0.05）. The incidence of TCM health care group was lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of traditional Chinese medicine health care intervention on the growth and development of children with spleen deficiency constitution is exact, which can effectively reverse the constitution of spleen deficiency, promote the healthy growth and development of children and reduce the incidence of diseases, which deserves promotion.
