老年患者浅静脉留置针护理中应用程序化护理的效果分析

Effects of Procedural Nursing in Aged Patients With Superficial Vein Indwelling Needle

目的探讨程序化护理在老年患者浅静脉留置针护理中的应用效果。方法研究对象选自我科2016年3月-2017年1月收治并采用浅静脉留置针的100例老年慢性病患者,按照入院号分为观察组和对照组,各50例;对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用程序化护理模式,对两组患者留置时间、疼痛程度、患者满意度及并发症发生情况进行比较。结果观察组留置针留置时间(3.83±0.51 vs.2.92±0.29)、疼痛评分(2.97±0.36 vs.6.08±0.61)及护理满意度(96%vs.78%)均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者并发症发生例次显著少于对照组(7vs.27,P<0.05)。结论将程序化护理模式应用于老年患者浅静脉留置针护理中具有较好效果,可在临床借鉴推广。

Objective To explore the effects of procedural nursing in aged patients with superficial vein indwelling needle. Methods 100 elderly with chronic diseases from Mar.2016 to Jan.2017 were selected and divided into observation group（n=50） and control group（n=50）. The control group was taken routine nursing and the observation group was taken procedural nursing. The indwelling time, pain degree, patient＇s satisfaction and complications were compared. Results The indwelling time（3.83±0.51 vs. 2.92±0.29）, pain degree（2.97±0.36 vs. 6.08±0.61） and nursing satisfaction degree（96% vs. 78%） were superior to control group（P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications in observation group were less than control group（7 vs. 27, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of procedural nursing has significant effectin aged patients with superficial vein indwelling needle. It is worthy of reference and promotion.
