优质护理在脑血栓患者临床护理中的应用价值

The Value of Quality Nursing in Clinical Nursing of Patients With Cerebral Thrombosis

目的研究优质护理在脑血栓患者临床护理中的应用价值。方法选取100例脑血栓患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组(n=50)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组采用优质护理。护理干预后,观察对比两组护理效果。结果观察组日常生活能力改善评分(79.11±1.33)分,优于对照组(56.31±1.24)分,平均住院时间(12.34±2.46)d,少于对照组(20.14±2.16)d,护理满意度49例(98.00%)高于对照组38例(76.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理在脑血栓患者临床护理中可有效改善患者日常生活能力,并减少住院时间及促进护患关系,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the value of quality nursing in clinical nursing of patients with cerebral thrombosis. Methods A total of 100 patients with cerebral thrombosis were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group（n = 50）. The control group was given routine care, and the observation group was given quality care. After nursing intervention, the effect of two groups of care was compared. Results The score of improvement of daily living ability（79.11 ± 1.33） in the observation group was superior to that of the control group（56.31 ± 1.24）, the average length of hospital stay was（12.34 ± 2.46） d less than the control group（20.14 ± 2.16） d, and the nursing satisfaction 49 cases（98.00%） was higher than the control group 38 cases（76.00%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Quality nursing in patients with cerebral thrombosis clinical nursing can effectively improve patients＇ daily living ability, reduce hospital stay and promote the relationship between nurses and patients, worthy of clinical promotion.
