乳腺癌术后放疗全程实施优质护理服务效果观察

Effect Observation of High Quality Nursing Service in Postoperative Radiotherapy of Breast Cancer

目的评价乳腺癌术后放疗期间全程优质护理服务方案、效果,为乳腺癌放疗护理提供参考。方法选择2014-2017年收治的114例乳腺癌放疗患者,随机分为实验组、参照组。参照组57例乳腺癌患者接受基础护理,实验组57例乳腺癌患者接受全程优质护理服务。对比两组乳腺癌放疗患者的护理满意度以及护理前后负性情绪评分变化、生活质量评分变化。结果对比护理前负性情绪、生活质量评分,护理后有明显改善,实验组优于参照组(P<0.05)。另外,实验组护理满意度高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌放疗配合全程优质护理服务,具有改善情绪、生活质量以及提高护理满意度等价值。

Objective To evaluate the high quality nursing service plan and effect of postoperative radiotherapy for breast cancer, and to provide reference for breast cancer radiotherapy nursing. Methods 114 cases of breast cancer chemotherapy patients in the past 2014-2017 years were randomly divided into the experimental group and the reference group. The reference group of 57 cases of breast cancer patients received basic care, the experimental group of 57 cases of breast cancer patients received the whole process of high quality nursing service. Compared the two groups of patients with breast cancer radiotherapy nursing satisfaction, as well as before and after nursing negative emotion score change, quality of life score changes. Results The negative emotion and quality of life score after nursing were significantly improved than before nursing, and the experimental group was better than the reference group（P〈0.05）. In addition, the nursingsatisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Breast cancer radiotherapy combined with the whole process of high quality nursing service has the value of improving mood,quality of life and improving nursing satisfaction.
