分析持续性健康教育在乳腺疾病手术患者护理中的应用效果

Analysis of Application Effect of Continuous Health Education in Nursing of Patients With Breast Diseases

目的观察分析持续性健康教育在乳腺疾病手术患者护理中的应用效果。方法随机从我院2016年2月-2017年2月接诊的乳腺疾病手术患者中选出66例患者纳入随机、双盲、对照试验中,以不同健康教育方式为分组依据,分为常规教育组和持续性健康教育组,每组33例,观察不同健康教育方式在乳腺疾病手术患者护理中的效果。结果常规教育组患者的乳腺疾病知识、技能、满意度以及依从性评分均低于持续性健康教育组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论持续性健康教育能够提高乳腺疾病手术患者对疾病的认识,提高患者依从性,可在临床推广。

Objective To analyze the application effects of continuous health education in nursing of patients with breast diseases. Methods 66 cases of patients with breast disease and who admissed in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were randomly included in a randomized, double-blind, controlled trial, and were divided into conventional education group and continuous health education group according to different health education methods, with 33 cases in each group. Then, the effect of different health education methods on nursing of patients with breast diseases undergoing operation were observed. Results The scores of breast disease knowledge, skills, satisfaction and compliance in the conventional education group were lower than those in the continuous health education group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The continuous health education which can improve the understanding of patients with breast diseases and improve their compliance,thus it can be promoted in clinical.
