门诊综合护理干预措施对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Patients With Chronic Rhinosinusitis

目的观察分析门诊综合护理干预措施对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者临床疗效以及护理满意度的影响。方法选择我院耳鼻喉科门诊2015年3月-2017年5月收治的慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者124例作为本次的研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组62例,对照组实施常规的治疗措施,观察组在对照组的基础上实施综合护理干预措施。比较两组患者的临床疗效以及护理满意度。结果与对照组的80.65%比较,观察组临床总有效率明显的提高(95.16%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度显著高于对照组(98.39%vs 79.03%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论门诊综合护理干预措施可以显著的提高慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者的临床疗效以及护理满意度。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis.Methods 124 cases of chronic nasal sinusitis patients in the outpatient department of ENT in our hospital from March 2015-May 2017 as the research object,randomly divided into observation group and control group,62 cases in each group,the control group received routine treatment,the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention observation group in the control group.The clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group of 80.65%,the total efficiency of the observation group increased significantly（95.16%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;Satisfaction of patients in observation group was significantly higher than the control group（98.39%vs 79.03%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Outpatient comprehensive nursing intervention measures can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis.
