摘要 在铸造生产中,提高铸件工艺出品率是每个铸造厂增加效益、节能降耗的方法之一,发热保温冒口套的开发和应用,为此提供了最好的解决方案,尤其是在普通球铁、高硅钼球铁、高硅钼铬球铁、高镍球铁、耐热钢等材质的汽车零部件铸造生产中,发热保温冒口套发挥了不可或缺的作用。发热保温冒口套种类繁多,约有200多种,每种都有其独特的性能,只有研究清楚其原理和使用方法,才能各尽其才、灵活应用。 In the casting production, improving the production rate of the casting process is one of the ways to increase the efficiency and energy saving for each foundry plant. The development and application of the exothermic insulating riser sleeveprovide the best solution for this.The exothermic insulating riser sleeve has played an indispensable role, especially in the casting production of automobile parts with material including ordinary ductile iron, high silicon molybdenum ductile iron, high silicon molybdenum chromium ductile iron, high nickel ductile iron and heat-resistant steel, etc. There are more than 200 kinds of exothermic insulating riser sleeve, each of which has its unique performance. Thus only if the principle and operation method of every kind have been studied clearly, the sleeve can be in maximum utilization and flexible usage.
