随着技术的进步和装备的不断完善,混凝土喷敷工艺以成型速度快、适应性广、设备简单等特点而得到越来越广泛的应用。在分析配重管和PCCP产品喷敷工艺的基础上,结合球墨铸铁顶管特点,探讨球墨铸铁顶管采用该工艺的可能性,以期提高生产效率和产品质量。对类似的管道产品生产具有一定的指导意义。

With the improvement of technology and equipment, the concrete spraycoating process has been widely used for its high forming speed, wide adaptability and simple equipment. Based on the analysis of the spraycoating process of counterweight pipe and PCCP products, by combining with the characteristics of ductile iron jacking pipe, the possibility of adopting this process for ductile iron jacking pipe has been discussed in order to improve the production efficiency and product quality.It provides certain guiding significance for manufacturing of the similar pipe products.
