摘要 应用铸造仿真模拟软件ProCAST对QT700-2行星架的充型过程和凝固过程进行数值模拟。通过分析充型和凝固过程的温度场和固相分布以及凝固之后的缺陷情况,对球铁行星架的铸造工艺进行优化,以得到质量更好的球铁行星架铸件,提高产品的品质。 The casting simulation software ProCAST has been applied to numerically simulate the mold filling process and solidification process of the QT700-2 planetary carrier. By analyzing the temperature field and solid phase distribution during the mold filling and solidification process as well as the defects after solidification,the casting process of the ductile iron planetary carrierhas been optimized to obtain the better ductile iron planetary carrier castings, which improves the quality of the product.
