摘要
采用熔模铸造模壳结合低压浇注工艺,成功地生产出用于航空机载电子设备铝合金薄壁箱体铸件。阐述了两个铝合金箱体薄壁件的铸造工艺开发及工艺改进过程,采取相应措施,解决了模壳漏模、热处理变形及铸件缩松、裂纹缺陷,获得内部致密、性能优良的高品质铝铸件。
The casting of aluminum alloy thin-walled box for airborne electronic equipment was successfully produced by using the investment cast of low-pressure pouring process. This paper presents a technical approach to solve the problem by elaborating the process of casting process development and process improvement of two aluminum alloy box thin wall parts.
