The evaporative pattern casting（EPC） is an advanced environment-friendly special casting technology. The EPC process of motor shell has been introduced in the text. The whole process including raw material selection, pre-foaming, foam molding, coating configuration, brushing, drying, packing, sand filling, pouring and shaking out has been analyzed in detail.
