摘要
结温是表征LED性能的重要指标,与热阻有着密切关系,直接影响LED寿命。利用LED半导体器件结电压与结温的良好线性关系,测量大功率LED灯网工作时的电压、电流、热沉温度等参数,基于电学参数法,提出一种LED的四热阻模型,在该模型基础上,设计并制作了大功率LED灯网热阻自动测量仪。该仪器能快速准确地实现大功率LED灯网热阻的自动测量。
LED junction temperature is an important indicator of its performance and is relevant to its thermal resistance. It im-pacts on LED life. In this paper,the fourthermal resistance theory of LED is proposed and analyzed by measuring the voltage,currentand heat sink temperature of high-power LED lamp net based on the good linear relationship between junction voltage and junction tem-perature of LED semiconductor device. An automatic measuring instrument was developed for high-power LED light grici thermal resist-ance. It can perform the automatic testing of the high-power LEDlight network thermal resistance quickly and accurately.
