泸县酒厂大桥堤防边坡灌注桩优化设计研究

摘要 为解决四川省泸县酒厂大桥堤防工程人工填土开挖边坡不稳和堤基中软塑状砂质黏土承载力不足的问题,提出采用钢筋砼灌注桩进行堤身加固的设计方案,并利用Autobank软件对该方案进行优化,确定灌注桩桩径为0.8 m,桩距4 m,桩基嵌入基岩弱风化层2 m。经计算,桩体结构剪力、弯矩、位移最大值分别为50.52 kN、81.30 kN·m、8.8 mm,岩石地基最大承载力为289.1 kPa,桩体截面选用12根直径20mm的钢筋可满足设计要求。说明本堤防工程采用钢筋砼灌注桩进行堤身加固可有效地解决开挖边坡不稳和砂质黏土承载力不足的问题,相关研究成果可为同类工程的设计和施工提供参考。 As for the Luxian County winery bridge levee engineering,the artificial embankment slope is instable and the bearing capacity of soft plastic sandy clay in foundation is poor. a design scheme is put forward to reinforce the concrete piles and the software Autobank is utilized to optimize the scheme. The pile diameter,pile spacing and the pile foundation embedded are optimized to be 0.8 m,4 m and 2 m,respectively. According to the simulation results,the pile structure shear,bending moment and the maximum displacement values are 50. 52 kN,81. 30 kN·m and 8. 8 mm,respectively. As for the maximum bearing capacity of rock foundation 289. 1 kPa,reinforced pile section with 12 root diameter of 20 mm can meet the design requirements. The embankment by using reinforced concrete pile dike reinforcement can solve the problem of the bearing capacity of slope instability and sandy clay problems effectively,and the related research results can provide a reference for similar engineering design and construction.
