摘要
目的:研究生脉散配方颗粒及加味方剂对小鼠的抗应激作用。方法:将实验小鼠随机分为5组,即空白组、红景天组(阳性对照组)、生脉散组、益气生脉散组、活血生脉散组。分别连续灌胃给药7 d后,比较各组小鼠负重游泳时间、常压耐缺氧时间、亚硝酸钠中毒存活时间、断头后张口喘气时间、低温环境生存率。结果:生脉散配方颗粒及加味方剂均能延长小鼠负重游泳时间、耐缺氧时间,提高小鼠低温环境下生存率。在延长小鼠耐缺氧时间方面,活血生脉散组与生脉散组具有显著差异;在提高小鼠低温环境生存率方面,益气生脉散组与生脉散组具有显著差异。结论:生脉散配方颗粒及加味方剂对小鼠均具有抗应激作用,生脉散配方颗粒与丹参、黄芪配伍加味后分别增强了耐缺氧、耐低温的作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of shengmaisan prescription granule and it's modified prescription on the anti-stress ability. Methods: The mice were randomly divided into 5 groups: The blank control group,HJT group( positive control group),shengmaisan group,yiqi shengmaisan group,huoxue shengmaisan group. All groups were intragastrically given the drugs for seven consecutive days once per day. Then the swimming time under burden,the time of hypoxia tolerance under normal pressure,the survival time after being poisoned by sodium nitrite,the gasping time after being cut head and the survival rate in cold environment were compared between the five groups. Results: shengmaisan prescription granule and it's modified prescription prolonged the time of swimming and hypoxia tolerance,and improve the survival rate under cold environment in mice. Compared with shengmaisan prescription granule,huoxue shengmaisan improved the ability of hypoxia tolerance,and yiqi shengmaisan improved the ability of cold-resistance in mice significantly. Conclusion: shengmaisan prescription granule and it's modified prescription have anti-stress function. shengmaisan prescription granule has stronger action on hypoxia tolerance and cold-resistance after adding salvia formula granule and Astragalus formula granule,respectively.
