摘要
疲劳裂纹的萌生和扩展是一个渐进的过程,对疲劳裂纹提前预测以及对已经产生疲劳裂纹的扩展进行实时监测,具有极高的实用价值。设计了一款基于G语言的虚拟仪器。该仪器可以实现对疲劳裂纹的产生、扩展进行实时监测;当裂纹长度超过预警值时报警,并将采集的实时裂纹长度保存至指定文档或实时显示,以便为后续的科学研究提供数据支持。试验结果表明,该仪器可用于实际工程中裂纹的监测、预警和记录。
The fatigue crack initiation and propagation is a gradual process, so the prediction of fatigue crack in advance and real - time monitoring of generated extension of fatigue crack have been of highly practical val-ue. A kind of virtusd instrument based on G lfinguage is designed. This instrument can resize the real - time monitoring of the generation and extension of fetigue crack,when the crack length exceeds the warning value, the alarm will go off and real - time crack length is saved to the specified document or display, which will provide the data support for the further scientific research.
