废弃板栗壳粉对水中阳离子染料的吸附行为 被引量:3

摘要 以板栗壳粉为生物吸附剂,对亚甲基蓝和碱性品红的吸附行为进行研究。考察了吸附时间、染料起始浓度、温度对吸附性能的影响,结果表明:25℃下,板栗壳粉对亚甲基蓝(碱性品红)的吸附在150 min内达到平衡;随着亚甲基蓝(碱性品红)的初始浓度从60 mg/L增加到120 mg/L,平衡吸附量从23.130 mg/g(18.309 mg/g)增加到29.220 mg/g(32.704 mg/g);其平衡吸附量随着温度的升高而增加,在35℃时的平衡吸附量分别达到31.650 mg/g、36.661 mg/g。板栗壳粉对2种染料的吸附都遵循2级吸附动力学模型,吸附等温线更适合Langmuir热力学模型。红外光谱分析结果表明板栗壳粉对2种染料的吸附机理为氢键吸附。 The adsorption behavior of chestnut shell powder as biosorbent towards methylene blue and basic magenta was studied. The effects of adsorption time,the initial concentration of dyes and the temperature on the adsorption property were investigated. The result indicated that the adsorption of chestnut shell powder to- W£irds methylene blue (magenta) reached equilibrium in 150 minutes. The equilibrium amount of methylene blue ( basic magenta) increased from 23.130 mg/g ( 18. 309 mg/g) to 29. 220 mg/g (32. 704 mg/g) when the initial concentration of dyes increased from 60 mg/L to 120 mg/L. The equilibrium amount of methylene blue ( basic magenta) also increased along with the increase of temperature. The value can reach 31.650 mg/ g and 36. 661 mg/g at 30 , respectively. The adsorption of chestnut shell powder towards two dyes followedthe second order adsorption kinetic model. The adsorption isotherm was proper for Langmuir thermodyngunic model. FTIR showed that the adsorption mechanism of chestnut shell powder towards two dyes was hydrogen bonding interaction.
