农村留守儿童生殖健康教育干预效果分析

Intervention effectiveness analysis of reproductive health of rural left-behind children

目的探索生殖健康咨询师定期到校开展青春期生殖健康教育的模式,对农村留守儿童生殖健康相关知识、态度、行为的影响。方法选取470名留守儿童作为本次研究干预对象,采用生殖健康咨询师定期到校开展青春期生殖健康教育的方法,主要通过讲座、话题讨论等形式,讲解青春期生殖健康相关知识、态度、行为等内容。干预活动时间为1学期,每月1次,每次2学时。采用问卷调查法,对干预前后留守儿童生殖健康相关知识、态度、行为进行比较分析。结果干预对留守儿童生殖健康知识、态度、行为均有所影响,其中,留守儿童生殖健康相关知识水平较干预前显著提高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生殖健康咨询师入校开展青春期生殖健康教育的形式值得推广。

Objective To explore the model of adolescent reproductive health education carried out regularly by reproductive health consultants at school, which has effect on rural left- behind children＇s reproductive health knowledge attitude and behavior. Methods The study selected 470 left-behind children as intervention objects. Reproductive health consultants carry out reproductive health education at school regularly mainly through lectures, topic discussion to explain the relevant knowledge, attitude and behavior of adolescent reproductive health. Intervention activities are carried out once a month, 2 hours each time and last one term. The comparative analysis on left-behind children＇s reproductive health knowledge, attitude and behavior before and after the intervention is conducted by the means of questionnaire survey.Results Intervention has effect on left- behind children＇s reproductive health knowledge attitude and behavior. The left-behind children＇s reproductive health knowledge is improved signifieandy after intervention. The differences were statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions The model of adolescent reproductive health education carried out regularly by reproductive health consultants at school is worth popularizing.
