蚌埠市医学生与非医学生手机依赖状况分析

Analysis of mobile phone dependence among medical and non-medical students in Bengbu

目的了解医学生与非医学生手机依赖状况并分析其影响因素,为制定相应对策提供理论依据。方法采用自制手机使用情况及其依赖性调查问卷,运用分层整群抽样,在2016年间抽取蚌埠地区本科医学院校和非医学院校在校学生进行问卷调查,共计收回有效问卷1536份。结果医学生和非医学生的手机依赖阳性率分别是21.3%和28.9%,非医学生高于医学生,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=11.688,P<0.001)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,医学生手机依赖中听从老师提醒是保护因素(P<0.05)、效仿他人玩手机和娱乐占手机总使用时间比例是危险因素(P<0.01)。非医学生手机依赖中听从同伴提醒是保护因素(P<0.05)、娱乐占手机总使用时间和效仿他人玩手机是危险因素(P<0.01)。结论医学生和非学生均存在一定程度的手机依赖现象,无论是医学生还是非医学生手机依赖的产生受个人因素、环境因素等多方面因素的影响。所以学校、教师和个人应共同努力,营造一个正确健康使用手机的大环境。

Objective To understand the status of medical students and non-medical students addicted to mobile phone and analyze its influencing factors, and provide a theoretical basis for making corresponding countermeasures.Methods Adopting self-made mobile phone use and dependence questionnaire, using stratified cluster sampling method, in 2016 a questionnaire survey was conducted in Bengbu area of undergraduate medical students and non-medical students, a total of 1536 valid questionnaires. Results The positive rate of mobile dependent in medical students and non-medical students were 21.3% and 28.9% respectively, the mobile dependent rate of non-medical students were higher than medical students, and the difference was statistically significant （X2= 11.688,P = 0.001 ）. Logistic regression analysis showed that, medical students comply with the teacher＇s remind was a protective factor （P〈0.05）, following other people to play mobile and entertainment time accounted for the proportion of the time of mobile phone use were risk factors （P〈0. 01 ）. Among non-medical students, comply with the mate＇s remind was a protective factor （P〈0.05）, following other people to play mobile and entertainment time accounted for the proportion of the time of mobile phone use were risk factors （P〈0.01）. Conclusions Both medical students and non- students have a certain degree of mobile phone dependent, regardless of medical students or non- medical students, their mobile phone dependency are influenced by personal factors, environmental factors and other factors. So the school, teachers and individuals should make joint efforts to create a healthy atmosphere for using a mobile phone appropriately.
