摘要
目的探讨开展品管圈活动在降低黄体酮注射部位硬结发生率中的应用效果。方法2016年2—10月某门诊根据品管圈的十大步骤对黄体酮注射部位硬结发生的相关因素进行质量控制活动。以对策实施开展前1~3月的患者200例为对照组,对策实施后8~10月的患者210例为观察组,对比两组肌肉注射黄体酮后硬结发生率和圈员能力。结果品管圈活动后肌注黄体酮致臀部硬结发生率5.24%(11/210),显著低于活动前硬结发生率14.5%(29/200),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.981,P=0.020)。品管圈活动实施前后圈能力比较,全体圈员活动后沟通与协调、责任心、积极性、团队精神、发掘问题的能力、品管工具的运用各评价项目分值,均高于活动前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动提高护士质量控制的能力,有效提高护理质量,规范了护士的行为,有效降低了黄体酮注射部位硬结发生率。
Objective To explore the application effect of quality control activities in reducing the incidence of induration after progesterone injection.Methods From February to October in 2016, quality control activities about the factors related to the induration at the progesterone injection site according to the top ten steps of the quality control tube were carried out in an outpatient department. A total of 200 patients were treated as control before the implementation of the QQC strategy. After the implementation of QQC, a total of 210 cases of patients were chose as observation group, and the incidence of induration at the injection position and the ability of the members of QQC of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of induration at buttocks induced by progesterone injection was reduced from 14.4% (29/200) before activity to 5.2% (11/210) , and the difference was statistically significant ( X2 = 9. 981, P = 0. 020 ). The content scores of communication and coordinate ability of the members, the sense of responsibility, the enthusiasm, the team spirit, the ability to explore the problem, the use of quality control tools were higher than the score before the event, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0. 05 ). Conclusions Quality control activities can improve the quality control ability of nurses, improve the quality of nursing, regulate the behavior of nurses, and effectively reduce the incidence of induration at progesterone iniection site. which is worthy of clinical annllcatian.
