摘要
目的探究护士人格特征对职业承诺的影响,旨在为提高其职业承诺水平,解决护士人才流失等问题提供新方向。方法以某市3所三级综合医院,1所中医院的在职护士作为研究对象。由调查员组织发放问卷,计划共发放问卷150份。采用"Y-G人格测验"作为护士职业人格的测评工具采用五维度结构评测护士职业承诺。结果在本研究中共发放问卷150份,应回收问卷150份,实回收问卷150份,回收率100%。护士职业人格的测评得分中护士的G(一般活动性)得分最高为(15.06±3.68)分,S(社会外向性)次之,D(神经质)分数最低为(5.27±4.02)分。护士的情感承诺得分为(14.95±3.36)分;规范承诺得分为(14.15±3.47)分;经济成本承诺得分为(14.39±3.15)分;情感代价承诺得分为(14.73±3.31)分;机会承诺得分为(14.24±3.31)分。本研究以护士职业人格的测评项目作为自变量,以职业承诺各项目得分作为因变量,数据显示,护士人格特征与职业承诺的关系密切,影响显著(P<0.05)。结论护士人格特征能够在一定程度上影响职业承诺,应在临床中通过优化其职业认知而使之达到职业态度转变、提高其职业承诺水平。
Objective To explore the influence of nurses" personality traits on career commitment, aiming at providing new directions to improve their professional commitment level and solve the problem of brain drain.Methods Nurses worked in three general hospitals and a Chinese medicine hospital as a research objects. In order to ensure the accuracy of the survey, the time of each questionnaire from the distribution to the recovery controls in 1 week, organized by the investigators to issue a questionnaire, plans to issue a total of 150 questionnaires. Using the "Y-G Personality Test" as the evaluation tool of the nurses" professional personality, the five-dimensional structure was used to evaluate the nurses" professional commitment. Results In this study, 150 questionnaires were distributed, 150 questionnaires were collected, 150 cases were collected and the recovery rate was 100%. The G ( general activity) score of the nurses" occupational personality was 15.06±3.68, S ( social extroversion) followed by D (neuroticism) score of 5.27±4.02. The emotional commitment score of the nurses is 14.95 ± 3.36; the standard commitment score is 14.15±3.47; the economic cost commitment score is 14.39±3. 15; the emotional cost commitment score is 14.73±3.31; the opportunity commitment score is 14.24±3.31. In this study, the scores of nurses" professional personality were used as independent variables, and the scores of career undertakings were used as dependent variables. The data showed that the relationship between nurses" personality and occupational commitment was significant (P〈0.05). Conclusions The personality characteristics of nurses can affect the professional commitment to a certain extent. Therefore, in the clinical way, the professional cognition is changed and the professional commitment level is improved by solving the professional cognition.
