From the subjective and objective perspectives, this paper mainly analyzes the common reasons of civil aviation flight cadets＇ grounding during flight training abroad. It offers some strategies for civil aviation flight cadets to deal with the risk of grounding based on aspects like intensive English learning, reinforcement of professional theory basis, mastering of flying skills, continuous strengthening of their physical, psychological quality, and so on.
