Helicopter Pilot Training Status Analysis and Innovative Development Strategy——A Case Study of Xinjin Subcollege of China Civil Aviation Flight University of China

当前,在国家加快深化改革,推进低空空域开放,促进通用航空产业发展的背景下,民用直升机飞行人才培训事业前景广阔。本文在对国内直升机培训的基本情况与市场分析的基础上,对中国民航飞行学院(以下简称中飞院)新津分院的培训历史、特色优势、面临的问题与发展瓶颈进行了全面剖析,并有针对性地提出了现阶段直升机飞行人才培训事业的创新发展策略。

At present, in the background of China＇s deepening reform to open low-altitude airspace to promote the development of general aviation industry, civil helicopter pilot training has a bright future. Based on the analysis of domestic helicopter training situation and market, this paper makes a comprehensive study of the training history, characteristics and advantages, current problems and development bottleneck of Xinjin Subcollege of Civil Aviation Flight University of China （referred to as CAFUC）, and proposes some innovative development strategies for the current helicopter pilot training.
