摘要
充分利用气象大数据,对机场、航路及空域进行现在的或预期的气象情况的气象报告、分析、预报,通过与GIS和管制信息融合,为管制员提供机场气象实况、气象预报、重要天气及其推演的可视化信息,帮助管制员了解天气形势,直观掌握飞机与雷雨、结冰和颠簸区域的相对位置,提前做出指挥预案,从而提高航空安全和航班正常保障水平。
With full use of meteorological big-data, we can get the current and expected meteorological information. By synthesizing information of meteorology and ATC, the system can provide visual information of airport weather conditions, weather forecasting, severe weather and aircraft position for air traffic controller, which can help air traffic controller to know about the relative position of thunderstorms, icing and turbulence areas within the airspace, so as to improve flight safety.
