On the basis of case analysis we could find develop- ment - shared concept and mode of Japan＇s tourism industry. Then the concept and mode may be further divided into ＂tourism ＋ ＂ and＂ ＋ tourism＂. With these measures, Japan expands the development space of its tourism industry, achieves the organic integration of regional tourism resources and promotes the whole tourism industry to make great strides.
