摘要中心静脉导管（peripherally inserted central catheter，PICC）是经外周静脉（贵要静脉、肘正中静脉和头静脉）穿刺置入的中心静脉导管，其导管最佳的尖端位置应在上腔静脉的中下1／3处，用于为患者提供中期至长期的静脉输液治疗，因其具有安全性高、置管时间长、创伤小、舒适度高等优点，适用于长期静脉输液、老年患者输液、肿瘤化疗、肠外营养等，在临床护理中得到了广泛应用。
