Cys-C、β2-MG联合检测在早期糖尿病肾病中的诊断价值

Clinical significance of the combined detection of Cys-C and β2-MG in prognosis of early diabetic nephropathy

目的探讨胱抑素C(Cys-C)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)联合检测在早期糖尿病肾病患者中的临床诊断价值。方法检测我院2015年6月至2016年1月150例糖尿病患者按尿蛋白排出率水平分为糖尿病肾病组(DN组)50例、早期糖尿病肾病组(早期DN组)52例和无肾病糖尿病组(无肾病DM组)48例,48例健康人员为对照组。比较各组之间血清Cys-C和β2-MG水平的差异。并利用SPSS17.0软件进行数据统计分析,绘制ROC曲线检测其对糖尿病肾病和早期糖尿病肾病的诊断效能。结果 Cys-C:无肾病DM组、早期DN组、DN组与对照组均有统计学意义,且各组间也有统计学差异(P<0.05)。β2-MG:无肾病DM组、早期DN组、DN组与对照组均有统计学意义,且各组间也有统计学差异(P<0.05)。Cys-C和β2-MG对早期糖尿病肾病有较高的诊断价值。血清Cys-C和β2-MG两者联合检测阳性率高于单项检测阳性率。结论血清Cys-C、β2-MG联合检测可有效提升早期糖尿病肾病患者临床诊断准确率,值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of Cys-C andβ2-MG in patients with early diabetic nephropathy. Methods In this retrospective study,150 patients of diabetes were consecutively included between June 2015 and Janu-ary 2016,including 50 cases of diabetic nephropathy ,early diabetic nephropathy in 52 cases,48 cases of without kidney disease diabetes and compared with 48 subjects as normal control.All patients collected venous blood in the next morn-ing to detect the concentration of Cys-C and β2-MG.Using SPSS17.0 software for statistical analysis,and draw the ROC curve .Testing its effectiveness to the diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy and diabetic nephropathy.Cys-C andβ2-MG is higher diagnostic value for early diabetic nephropathy.Results Cys-C：Without kidney disease DM group,the early DN group,the DN group and control group were statistically significant,and also was statistically difference be-tween each group.β2-MG：Without kidney disease DM group,the early DN group,the DN group and control group were statistically significant,and also was statistically difference between each group.Combined detection of Cys-C and β2-MG in prognosis of early diabetic nephropathy positive rate is higher than single positive rate.Conclusion Combined detection of Cys-C andβ2-MG can effectively improve the early diabetic nephropathy patients clinical diagnostic accura-cy,and it is worth promoting.
