多发性硬化核磁共振深部灰质铁沉积的研究及与临床相关性探讨 被引量:2

摘要 多发性硬化(MS)是一种中枢神经系统炎性脱髓鞘疾病,MS病变不仅累及脑白质,同时也可累及脑灰质(包括皮层灰质及深部灰质),异常的铁沉积可出现于此,但其形成机制尚无定论。本研究通过核磁SWI成像来定量研究大脑深部灰质的铁沉积,观察不同测量方法及不同部位铁含量是否存在差异,
