A Crank Call Recognition and Prevention Scheme Based on Malicious Service Signaling Features

不法分子利用语音拨打骚扰和诈骗电话对用户进行骚扰,严重影响了用户体验,因此通过对骚扰电话和诈骗电话的信令特征分析,提出了一种基于信令特征的骚扰诈骗电话识别方法,介绍了基于该方法建立的监测平台架构及其主要能力,并给出了识别算法。实践证明,该平台具有较高的识别率,为防范骚扰和诈骗电话提供了技术手段。

Lawless people harass users by dialing nuisance calls and fraud calls and severely affect the user experience. Therefore, the signaling features of nuisance calls and fraud calls were analyzed to propose a nuisance call and fraud call recognition method based on signaling features. The monitoring platform architecture and main capabilities built by the proposed method were introduced. The recognition algorithm was presented. The practice demonstrates that the platform has the high recognition ratio and provides the technical means to prevent nuisance calls and fraud calls.
